General Terms and Conditions
As of: 27.08.2026
0. Provider Information
The operator of this online shop is:
BZONE Establishment trading under the brand myona Am Nendler Weg 14, 9498 Planken (LI)
Commercial register: FL-0002.716.501-5
VAT ID: CHE-371.395.021
E-mail: info@myona.li
myona is a distributor/retailer of the perfumes and fragrance products offered on this website. myona does not manufacture the products itself. Manufacturer information is, where legally required, visible on the packaging of the respective product. For questions regarding product origin or in case of a complaint, we kindly ask you to provide the order number and, if available, the batch number.
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries, and services placed via the myona online shop (myona.li).
The offers are exclusively aimed at consumers with a delivery address in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders with a delivery address outside these two countries will not be executed.
These GTC apply to contracts with consumers. Separate conditions to be agreed upon individually apply to sales to resellers, business customers, or within the framework of a wholesale relationship (B2B).
Illustrations, texts, technical specifications, and other content on the website or in brochures serve exclusively for general information purposes. myona strives for accuracy but does not guarantee it. In the event of obvious errors, in particular pricing or descriptive errors, myona is entitled to reject any resulting offer before the conclusion of the contract or to not accept an order already placed. If a contract has already been concluded (see Section 2), myona may rescind the contract in such a case; any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the payment button in the checkout area, the customer places a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded upon an automated confirmation e-mail with the subject line "Order [Order Number] confirmed", which is sent immediately after the order is submitted.
The ordering process takes place in the following steps:
- Selection of the desired items
- Entry of personal data (billing/delivery address)
- Selection of payment method
- Summary and review of the order
- Binding order by clicking the payment button
Orders without a customer account (guest order) are possible.
Subsequent changes, cancellations, or address changes can only be taken into account as long as the order has not yet been processed or prepared for shipment. Corresponding requests should be directed immediately to info@myona.li, stating the order number. Once the shipment has been handed over to Swiss Post, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The standard delivery time is generally 1–3 working days from the conclusion of the contract. This information is non-binding unless a delivery date has been expressly confirmed as binding. In exceptional cases, particularly during periods of high shipping volume or operational delays at the shipping service provider, delivery may be extended. myona has no influence on the actual delivery time after the shipment has been handed over to Swiss Post.
Shipment tracking: After shipment, the customer receives a shipping confirmation via e-mail containing the Swiss Post tracking number. It may take a few hours for the tracking information to appear for the first time. If the shipment status does not change over several working days, the customer may contact info@myona.li, stating the order number; in this case, myona will initiate an investigation with Swiss Post if necessary.
Delivery, collection period, and return: Swiss Post performs the usual delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible, the shipment will be deposited at the nearest post office or collection point and will be available there during the collection period specified by the post office. If the shipment is not collected within this period, it will be returned to myona. Upon receipt of the returned goods, myona will contact the customer. In this case, the costs of a re-shipment are borne by the customer at the currently applicable Swiss Post rates.
The same applies if a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. myona assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery address information provided by the customer.
If there is a delivery delay for which myona is not responsible (e.g., events of force majeure, failures by transport companies), this does not justify a claim for damages. If the delivery is delayed by more than 14 days beyond the stated delivery time, the customer may set a reasonable grace period for myona; upon the fruitless expiry of this period, the customer has the right to rescind the contract and demand a refund of payments already made. Further legal rights, particularly those of consumers with a delivery address in Liechtenstein, remain unaffected.
Upon handover of the goods to the transport company, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer, provided the customer is a consumer and the delivery address is in Switzerland. For deliveries to Liechtenstein, the following applies: The transfer of risk does not occur until the goods are handed over to the customer, insofar as this is mandatory by law.
4. Prices and Product Availability
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the currently applicable VAT.
Since shipping from Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein takes place within this customs and VAT area, no customs duties or import charges apply. The total amount shown at checkout is the definitive final amount.
The price displayed in the ordering process at the time of the order and stated in the order confirmation is authoritative. Price changes reserved after the conclusion of the contract are excluded; Section 1 (obvious pricing errors) remains reserved.
Discount codes, vouchers, or promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. Individual products may be excluded from discount promotions. A discount code cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed; cash payment is excluded.
Product availability depends on stock levels. If an ordered product is no longer available after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed immediately. In this case, myona is entitled to rescind the contract; payments already made will be refunded immediately, at the latest within 14 days.
5. Shipping Costs
- Order value up to CHF 150.–: Shipping costs CHF 4.90 (Swiss Post, Economy shipping, 2kg)
- From an order value of CHF 150.–: Free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The value of the ordered goods after deduction of any discounts and vouchers, excluding shipping costs, is decisive for free shipping.
The specific shipping costs are displayed transparently in the checkout process before the order is completed.
The costs of a re-shipment after a failed delivery or collection attempt are based on Section 3.
Note: Shipping to EU countries is currently not provided for (see Sections 1 and 3). Should this be offered in the future, customs duties, import charges, and potentially different shipping cost regulations must be defined separately.
6. Payment Options
The following payment methods are available:
- Shop Pay
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
- PayPal
- Twint
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Bank transfer (advance payment)
The availability of individual payment methods may depend on the device or browser used. Payment processing is encrypted via the respective payment service provider. There are no additional fees for using the offered payment methods.
A payment may also be rejected directly by the bank, credit card company, or payment service provider; myona has no influence on this.
myona reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases for risk minimization or to refuse an order in the event of justified credit concerns. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately and will receive a full refund if a payment has already been made.
Refunds are generally made via the same payment method used for the order.
7. Default of Payment and Retention of Title
If payment by invoice is expressly agreed in an individual case, a fixed payment deadline (due date) will be shown on the invoice. If this deadline is exceeded, the customer is automatically in default without the need for a separate reminder (Art. 102 para. 2 CO).
In the event of default of payment, myona is entitled to charge the following reminder fees to cover the additional administrative effort:
1st reminder: CHF 10.–
2nd reminder: CHF 30.–
Further claims, in particular for default interest, remain reserved.
In the case of payment by invoice, the delivered goods remain the property of myona or BZONE Establishment until full payment has been made (retention of title). In the case of payment in advance (credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, bank transfer before shipping), the goods will only be shipped after receipt of payment; retention of title is irrelevant in this case.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Return
8.1 Testing option via fragrance sample
Every delivery of a perfume includes a fragrance sample (2 ml sample) of the ordered perfume. This fragrance sample is intended for testing the fragrance without opening the original packaging and the seal of the main product. We expressly recommend checking the purchase decision using the enclosed fragrance sample before opening the original packaging of the main product. Opening the main packaging is not required for the exercise of the right of return or withdrawal and may exclude the return (see Section 8.6).
8.2 Voluntary right of return (delivery address Switzerland)
For orders with a delivery address in Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts. myona voluntarily grants customers a right of return of 14 days. The period begins on the day of delivery of the order.
The prerequisite is that the item is in an unchanged condition: unused, complete, in its original packaging, and (for sealed products) with a complete and undamaged seal (cellophane/seal unopened). Section 8.6 remains reserved.
8.3 Statutory right of withdrawal (delivery address Liechtenstein)
For customers with a delivery address in the Principality of Liechtenstein, the mandatory statutory provisions on distance selling contracts additionally apply. According to these, the contract can be withdrawn within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. Withdrawal must be notified to myona (BZONE Establishment / myona, Am Nendler Weg 14, 9498 Planken, e-mail: info@myona.li) within this period by means of a clear statement (e.g., e-mail or letter); the model withdrawal form according to Section 8.9 can be used but is not mandatory. The goods must then be returned immediately, at the latest within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
To the extent mandatory by law, the costs of standard delivery will also be refunded in this case. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery (see Section 8.6).
8.4 Return process
myona does not offer free returns and does not provide a pre-paid return label. The return must be organized and stamped by the customer themselves.
The following applies to the return:
The shipping service provider can be chosen freely. Shipping with tracking via Swiss Post or a comparable provider is recommended.
The shipping label must be created and printed by the customer (e.g., online via Swiss Post or their app); alternatively, the shipment can be handed in at a post office and stamped there.
The order number must be enclosed with the return or noted clearly on the return documents so that the return can be uniquely assigned.
The products must be packed carefully and sufficiently protected.
The return must be sufficiently stamped.
The shipping receipt and tracking number must be kept until the return process is completely finished.
The return must be addressed to the return address specified in Section 0.
Until the return is received by myona, the customer is responsible for the shipment.
8.5 Costs and refund
The costs of the return are borne by the customer. They are based on the currently applicable rates of the chosen shipping service provider and will not be refunded.
The originally charged shipping costs of the order (Section 5) will not be refunded in the case of a voluntary return according to Section 8.2. For withdrawals according to Section 8.3, the mandatory provisions mentioned there apply.
Costs incurred by myona due to insufficient postage, refusal of acceptance, or a package stop initiated by the customer may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Upon receipt of the return, it will be checked. Processing may take 2–5 working days depending on return volume. After successful inspection, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail; the refund will then be made via the same payment method used for the order, at the latest within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods. Depending on the bank or payment service provider, it may take a few more working days for the credit to be visible.
8.6 Items excluded from return
Excluded from return are opened, used, damaged, or incomplete products, products not in their original packaging, as well as sealed goods whose seal was removed after delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, this applies in particular to opened perfume flacons and other opened fragrance products.
If a return does not meet these requirements, there is no claim to a refund. In this case, the goods will be returned at the customer's expense or disposed of after prior notification.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered products do not fall under the return policy according to Sections 8.2 to 8.5; Section 8.8 applies to these.
8.7 Exchange
A direct exchange is not intended. Desired alternative items must be returned within the framework of these return conditions and ordered anew.
8.8 Transport damage, damaged or incomplete deliveries
Damaged or incomplete deliveries must be reported immediately after receipt of the goods by e-mail to info@myona.li, stating the order number, a brief description of the defect, and – as far as possible – the batch number. Images of the order, the damage, and the shipping box are required for processing.
Damaged products, the shipping box, and all packaging and cushioning material must be kept until the complaint has been fully resolved and must not be disposed of beforehand.
In the case of transport damage, a damage report must additionally be filed with Swiss Post. This must be submitted within eight days of delivery directly by the recipient of the shipment – online via the Swiss Post damage report, via the Post app under "Receive" → "Report damage", or in person at a post office. myona cannot submit this report on behalf of the customer. When reporting at a post office, the complete shipment, including damaged products, shipping box, packaging and cushioning material, and any existing delivery documents, must be brought along.
After inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued. The statutory warranty (Section 9) remains unaffected by this.
8.9 Model withdrawal form
(Only fill out and return this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
To: BZONE Establishment / myona, Am Nendler Weg 14, 9498 Planken (LI), info@myona.li
I/we hereby revoke the contract concluded by me/us for the purchase of the following goods: [Description of goods]
Ordered on: [Date] – Received on: [Date]
Name of consumer(s)
Address of consumer(s)

9. Warranty and product liability
The statutory warranty provisions apply (Art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations or the corresponding provisions of the law applicable in Liechtenstein).
myona is a distributor, not the manufacturer, of the products offered. Liability under the Product Liability Act (PrHG) or the corresponding Liechtenstein provisions remains unaffected by the following liability limitations (Section 13) and shall not be restricted or excluded to the extent that this is mandatory by law.
10. Data protection
myona and BZONE Establishment treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) as well as – for customers with a delivery address in Liechtenstein – the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act (DSG-FL).
For detailed information, please refer to the privacy policy at Privacy Policy – MYONA.
11. Rights of customers regarding their data
In accordance with applicable data protection law, customers have the right to information regarding the data processed about them, the right to correction of incorrect data, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, and the right to object to certain types of processing. Please direct inquiries to: info@myona.li. Further information as well as the option to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority can be found in the privacy policy.
An existing customer account will be deleted upon request to info@myona.li within the scope of applicable statutory retention obligations.
12. Copyright
All content (text, images, videos, graphics) on the myona website is protected by copyright. Any use, reproduction, or redistribution requires the express written consent of BZONE Establishment. Trademark and label rights of the respective manufacturers of the fragrance products offered remain with the respective trademark owners; their use on this website serves exclusively for product description purposes.
13. Liability
myona and BZONE Establishment are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior, and in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
Otherwise, liability for indirect damages, lost profit, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory liability under the Product Liability Act (PrHG) or corresponding Liechtenstein provisions (see Section 9) as well as mandatory consumer protection provisions at the customer's place of residence remain expressly unaffected by this limitation of liability.
No liability is assumed for the content of external, linked third-party websites.
14. Severability clause
Should a provision of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
15. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Liechtenstein law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
For customers with their habitual residence in Switzerland, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not result in the withdrawal of the protection granted to them by mandatory provisions of Swiss law at their place of habitual residence. In particular, mandatory consumer protection regulations at the customer's place of residence remain reserved.
