Citrus, frankincense, and dark leather on oud

Desert Caravan combines a surprisingly bright opening with a significantly more robust base. Mandarin and yuzu introduce fresh citrus notes, while ambrette seeds and incense reveal a warm and aromatic side early on.

Nutmeg provides spice. Cedar leaves bring a dry woody character, while orange blossom and Damask rose offer a floral counterpoint.

Patchouli, cedar, guaiac wood, and oud form the darker base. Dark leather in particular gives Desert Caravan added strength, while musk rounds off the composition.

The fragrance thus combines citrus freshness and blossoms with incense, leather, and powerful woods. Desert Caravan remains distinctly oriental and woody, yet possesses a surprisingly bright side thanks to the mandarin and yuzu.

From Desert Caravan, an interesting path leads to Onyx Wonder by The Fragrance. Leather, oud, and cedar are central here as well, though without the distinct citrus freshness.

Those who want to keep the incense, leather, and oud but wish to add more juniper and lime should try Oud Tonic. Dazzling Dubai by Viage, in turn, offers a warmer, more balsamic alternative with rose, vanilla, and resins. Anyone wishing to further explore the theme of oriental woods will find additional variations among the woody perfumes.

Return policy

The scope of delivery includes a 2 ml fragrance sample. Please use it to test the fragrance before opening the bottle. As long as the original packaging and seal remain unopened, you can return the item within 14 days. For hygienic reasons, opened bottles are excluded from return. You are responsible for organizing the return shipment by sending it to the address provided in our return policy. We do not provide a prepaid return label. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Further details can be found in the FAQ and in Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Shipping

We ship via Swiss Post within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. For orders up to CHF 150.–, shipping costs are CHF 4.90. For orders of CHF 150.– and over, we offer free shipping. Your order will generally be delivered within one to three working days. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your Swiss Post tracking number.
