The scope of delivery includes a 2 ml fragrance sample. Please use it to test the fragrance before opening the bottle. As long as the original packaging and seal remain unopened, you can return the item within 14 days. For hygienic reasons, opened bottles are excluded from return. You are responsible for organizing the return shipment by sending it to the address provided in our return policy. We do not provide a prepaid return label. We ship via Swiss Post within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. For orders up to CHF 150.–, shipping costs are CHF 4.90. For orders of CHF 150.– and over, we offer free shipping. Your order will generally be delivered within one to three working days. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your Swiss Post tracking number.
